PROTECTION ACTIVE
MONITORING
How It Works
1

Player Flagged

Our server-side anti-cheat detects suspicious behavior or a player is reported by the community.

2

Added to Queue

The flagged player's demo is added to the Overwatch review queue for analysis.

3

Reviewers Assess

Verified reviewers watch the demo and independently submit their verdict.

4

Action Taken

Once enough reviewers are convinced of a violation, the player receives a ban.

Becoming a Reviewer

Access Requirements: All players who have completed their placement matches and have a rating can participate in Overwatch reviews. Higher-rated players have more vote weight.

Weighted Votes

Your vote is weighted by your rating relative to the player you're reviewing. Higher-rated reviewers carry more influence on high-level cases.

Rating Required

Complete your placement matches to unlock Overwatch. You'll be prioritized to review players near your skill level.

Demo Overview

Overwatch provides an overview of demos showing suspicious players, griefers, or other game-disrupting behavior.

Community Protection

Your reviews directly protect the community by identifying cheaters and griefers.

Intentional team damage, blocking, AFK abuse, or other disruptive behavior.

Other Violations

Alt accounts, smurfing, and other behaviors that undermine fair play.

Ban Enforcement

Swift Enforcement: Bans from Overwatch usually happen in less than a day. In clear-cut cases, bans may be applied automatically by the system.
